I am a fully qualified counsellor and a registered member of the BACP.
I offer an ethical, confidential and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings.
My way of working is person-centred with an emphasis on compassion and self-empowerment.
I have a private practice in Hackney, East London, where I work in person from a private and comfortable consulting room. I also work online (via Zoom) and by phone.
I offer an affirmative space to Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diverse people.

Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling

As a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I work in accordance with their Ethical Framework for Good Practice.
I receive regular clinical supervision for my client work.
I keep up to date with new ideas and research by undertaking regular professional development.
I am professionally insured.

My Experience
I have a private practice in Hackney, E5 where I have a comfortable, private consulting room, I also work online (via Zoom) and by phone.
I have previously worked in the NHS in Women's Health, Cancer and Palliative Care departments.
I have volunteered for ELOP an East London charity offering counselling to Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diverse people.
I have been a Switchboard LGBTQI+ phone advice line volunteer.
I have a background in teaching and IT training and have been a full time carer.
