I offer an ethical, confidential and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. My way of working is person-centred with an emphasis on compassion and self-empowerment.

I have a private practice in Hackney, East London.

At the moment I am working online (via Zoom) and by phone.

I will review this as the Covid situation changes.

Qualifications and Professional Practice

Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling

Level 3 Certificate in Counselling

​As a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I work in accordance with their Ethical Framework for Good Practice.

I receive regular clinical supervision for my client work.

I keep up to date with new ideas and research by undertaking regular professional development.

I am professionally insured.

My Experience

I have a private practice in Hackney, E5 where I have a comfortable, private consulting room.

Due to Covid I am currently working online and via phone.

I also work in the NHS and have experience working in  Women's Health and Cancer and Palliative Care departments.

I have worked for ELOP an East London charity offering counselling to Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diverse people.

I have been a Switchboard LGBT+ phone advice line volunteer.

I have a background in teaching and IT training and I have been a full time carer.
