Why Counselling?

You may be looking for counselling to talk about..

  • Feeling anxious and/or depressed

  • Difficulties in a relationship or finding relationships difficult

  • Loss or bereavement

  • Workplace issues and/or work-life balance

  • Struggling with identity, purpose or meaning in life

I provide person-centred counselling, this therapeutic approach emphasises the uniqueness of every individual and their capacity for personal growth.
I will listen to you in an empathic, authentic and non-judgmental way and respect the fact that you are your own expert. I will work along side you to help you find your potential to realise any changes you may wish to make.
